We do tensile test, impact test and hardness test for each products. We have a small machining centre, the employees working there are most busy in our facility, they need to make speciman from each material after heat treatment and then send them for tensile and impact test.
We have our own laboratory for Mechanical Properties Test. Tensile and Impact properties of our products comply with the requirements of API SPEC 7.
Hardness Tests are made on the surface of out diameter for each products. The hardness numbers conform to the requirements of API SPEC 7.
