All materials in our facility have been examined for both surface-breaking and totally enclosed internal defects. Magnetic particle examination has been performed to detect longitudinal defects and thread defects. Ultrasonic testing is utilized for inspection of the material inside.Each material has been inspected full length with 360 degree overlapping scans. Materials do not pass the examination will not go to next producing process.
